Ada offers stringent data security and privacy protections across all channels, including SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and AIUC-1 certification, the first standard built specifically for AI agents. Ada was a founding technical contributor and the first AI customer service platform to be AIUC-1 certified.
Ada maintains zero data retention (ZDR) across all LLM providers, meaning customer data is never stored with LLM providers or used to train third-party AI models. PII is redacted according to your configured data policies and never exposed in analytics dashboards or third-party systems. All interactions are logged at the conversation level for audit and compliance purposes, with retention schedules governed by your enterprise agreement.

Ada is built for the security and oversight requirements of regulated financial institutions. The platform is certified for SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, and AIUC-1, the first standard built specifically for AI agents. Ada was a founding technical contributor and the first AI customer service platform to be AIUC-1 certified.
For banks, credit unions, and investment firms subject to FINRA, SEC, or OCC oversight, Ada's conversation logging, role-based access controls, audit trails, and zero data retention policy with LLM providers are designed to support record-keeping and supervisory review obligations.
Ada undergoes annual third-party penetration testing at both the platform infrastructure and AI model layers, including AI-specific risks like prompt injection and adversarial manipulation. Procurement teams get a full compliance package, certification evidence, a Data Processing Agreement, and direct engagement from Ada's legal and security team for institution-specific review.

Ada addresses AI accuracy risk through architectural controls essential for regulated industries.
Every response is grounded in your connected, approved sources, knowledge bases, Playbooks, and structured workflows, rather than open-ended LLM generation. Built-in safeguards verify tone, compliance, and accuracy before each response is delivered, blocking content that doesn't meet your standards.
The Performance Center tracks resolution quality and surfaces patterns over time, so teams can refine Playbooks and close gaps. Clear escalation logic routes sensitive or ambiguous interactions to your human agents with full context attached. For Financial Services, this combination is what makes agentic customer experience viable at enterprise scale—no guesswork, no risk.
Ada connects to your existing financial systems through native integrations and a robust suite of APIs. Out of the box, Ada has published integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ticketing and CCaaS platforms (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Genesys, NICE CXone, Twilio Flex, and more); core banking, payments, fraud, and custom systems connect via APIs.
Within a Playbook, an Ada-powered AI agent can authenticate a customer, pull live account data, execute a transaction, update the system of record, and send a confirmation—all in one conversation, with data retrieved in real time. Integration depth determines automation depth: the more systems Ada reaches, the more your AI agent can resolve end-to-end.
