Our Interview Process

1Pre-Screening

Pre-screening phone call with a recruiter to assess role fit. This is an initial call to understand your background, past experiences, and interests, and why Ada.

2Meet The Hiring Manager

Video call with the hiring manager to further assess experience and team/culture add.

3Panel Interview

Typically you will meet additional Ada owners within the team or members you would work cross functionally with. You will be given a chance to ask your questions to the team as well.

4Challenge Stage

This would be a presentation/demo/case study interview, to assess technical skills and your overall understanding of Ada. You will be asked to present your work to a wider team through a Zoom Presentation. Your call will end with questions from the team.

5Leadership Interview

Final interview where you will meet one of our senior leaders via phone to assess company-culture add.
